Over his career, Justin’s clients have included leading investment banks, investment managers, leading market infrastructure suppliers, sovereign wealth funds and international proprietary funds, US Federal regulators, and several few mortgage market participants.

Justin is a pioneer and thought leader in the field of semiotics and data quality architectures and has spent more than 25 years improving business performance through better data management. He has led quite a few organizations to reduce costs and operational risks, and to improve financial and operational performance, by improving the quality of portfolio, account and product data, transaction data processing and analytics for his clients and previous employers.

His background includes enterprise information management and data governance, information security, the design of master and reference data strategies, time-series integration, STP, and data-driven, predictive big-data analytics, as well as account setup, mandate and strategy development, trade order management, post trade settlement, clearance and account management, performance measurement and attribution, and other analytics.

Justin has a proven record of successes in developing, implementing and managing user workflows, interfaces, analytics, database systems and data management programs for several global markets participants. Justin is a well-known subject matter expert about data analysis, business process management, knowledge management execution, and the automation of tools for end-user functionality. He has delivered sophisticated technical solutions for massive volumes of transaction processing and related risk management analytics.

John R. Talburt is Noetic’s “Doctor Data,” evangelizing information quality and governance around the world. He is excited to introduce our clients to next generation data technologies and strategies.

 

While keeping one foot firmly planted in industry, he also has an academic persona serving as the Acxiom Chair of Information Quality and Director of the Information Quality Graduate Program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

 

Previously, he led the Data Research and Development group for Acxiom Corporation where he implemented their Total Data Quality Management program. He is also a member of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in the area of data quality.

 

Dr. Talburt is an inventor for several patents related to customer data integration and the author of numerous research papers and articles and four books on information quality, entity resolution, data governance, and master data management.

Daniel Pullen is obsessed with all things data and loves to help corporations better understand their data through processes and solutions built to create clarity.

 

He is currently a senior principal at Noetic, helping our clients to build robust solutions for their data and supporting them as they design and build their data governance, data management and master data management solutions.


He is extremely excited about the future state of how data-rich companies will manage their data. Noetic will be at the forefront of helping companies to define that future and guiding them towards the path of data enlightenment.

 

He has a background and education in Information Science, Computer Science and Information Quality. Daniel  is well suited to help companies address anything they need when it comes to their data. He is an expert in building data solutions and experienced in architecting, designing, implementing, integrating and managing large scale data management solutions.
